In today’s modern world, even with all the progress, many old beliefs like patriarchy and gender stereotypes still exist. Girls are often discouraged and told they can never be as capable as boys. No matter how talented or hardworking they are, they’re made to feel they don’t belong in a man’s world.
In many families, businesses are passed on to sons by default, even when a daughter may be more skilled and better suited to lead. Her efforts are overlooked simply because of her gender.
Roha finds herself in the middle of this struggle. She works harder than anyone and her results speak for themselves. But instead of support, she faces doubt and criticism from her own family. They believe that just because she is a girl, she cannot handle the pressure of a male-dominated industry or lead the family business.
Can Roha prove her doubters wrong? Will Roha be able to achieve her lifelong dreams? Will Roha’s family change their views about her?
