The strong-willed, independent protagonist the viewers saw in drama serial Kasa-e-Dil is now the most helpless in his circle. Starring Affan Waheed as the male lead, Adan has been failing to convince his own mother to accept the love of his life.

But as Adan’s relationship with his mother is beginning to collapse, his cousin-turned-wife Shireen (starring Komal Aziz) is doing her bits to convince her mother-in-law to bring home Adan’s other wife Somia (Hina Altaf).

With 19 episodes out, Kasa-e-Dil is drawing attention to the depth of Shireen’s love for Adan which prompts her to do anything for happiness and peace of mind. Perhaps, Adan got lucky with the person he was forced to tie the knot with. However, a teaser shows that Adan’s mother will also have a condition for Shireen.

As for Somia, she hadn’t fully overcome the tragedy that led to her forced marriage with the second-best option when the groom refused to marry. And while constantly worrying why Adan was taking so long to make their marriage official, she found that Adan has remarried.

The recent teaser also reveals that Adan will head to Somia’s house once again, this time to take Somia with him, but her family wouldn’t be so welcoming of him.

Kasa-e-Dil airs every Monday at 8:00 p.m. on Har Pal Geo.
